Job Description
- Program Management:
- Identify and resolve program blocking issues efficiently.
- Provide expert escalation management and make strategic tradeoffs to navigate challenges.
- Maintain a delicate balance between business needs and technical or operational constraints.
- Lifecycle Management:
- Define comprehensive requirements.
- Conduct meticulous metrics analysis.
- Oversee the development, testing, and successful launch of projects.
- Design Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with designers to refine product features.
- Optimize features to elevate the user experience.
- Issue Resolution:
- Assist in investigations and drive root cause resolutions for escalations.
- Ownership and Accountability:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end success of products, processes, or businesses.
- User-Centric Approach:
- Understand user pain points and identify emerging problems.
- Problem-Solving and Innovation:
- Break down complex business or user problems into manageable parts.
- Develop iterative solutions through the creation of innovative products, features, or processes.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop a roadmap for future product developments aligned with company objectives.
- Service and Tool Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage new services, tools, and strategic programs.
- Ensure these initiatives support and enhance operations and processes in accordance with company specifications and requirements.
- Task Prioritization:
- Prioritize tasks for both swift output and long-term benefit.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work seamlessly with internal and external teams, including software development engineers, operations managers, finance professionals, supply chain experts, leadership, and merchants.
- Collaborate to implement features for smooth roll-outs and optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Background in Engineering is preferred but others with product management expertise can also apply.
- Professional Certification: Lean Six Sigma (Optional)
- Skills Required: Business Analytics, Six Sigma
- Experience: Depending on the eligible role, a minimum of 3 Years’ Experience in Engineering, or Product Management roles. Previous experience in software engineering is a plus.
