Role Overview:
As a Junior SQA Engineer at Gotipath, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You'll work closely with our development team to design, implement, and execute test plans and test cases. Your work will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the software development team to understand product specifications and features.
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Familiarity with software QA tools and processes, including writing test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge of OOP, SOLID
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Javascript, PHP/Golang).
- Experience writing automated test scripts using Cypress
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
